Dear Guides

Thank you for all the hard work you put in our NDP trainings. You guys are the best! Hang in there and do us proud!

You can look forward to an outing after NDP. A lot of you are interested in archery so I will be arranging for an archery session for you. Any objections?

Pls promote our stall to everyone! We need to sell at lest 500 lucky dips in order to be reimbursed for the things that we have bought! We can do it!

Dear Guides,

This coming saturday, 27June 2009 is the GirlGuides Carnival 2009.
Our booth will be at LVL2 (Hall), stall number 83.

Reporting time: 7.45am
Reporting Venue: Bishan MRT (Control Station)
Reporting Attire: Light blue Polo T-shirt, guides skirt and white shoes.

I had already sent to your emails the shift allocation.
We will start preparing the stall (decorating, setting up, etc) from 8 to 10.
All guides are supposed to stay throughout the whole carnival unless you have a valid reason.
At 1600, we will start to clear up the place and do a stock check.

Any questions, feel free to approach your relay leaders.

There will be NDP training on 24June 2009.
Details:
Time: 0800-1300
Attire: Half guides uniform and boots

Fall in outside guides room at 0745 for attendance taking and recording of temperature.

Please bring along your 1.5L GREEN sprite bottle.
Label it according to this manner on a foolscap:
-name-
-class-
-patrol-
-CCA-
*For standardising purposes, please use a blue pen, stick it on the top middle of the bottle.

After the NDP training, there will be 1h lunch break.
Afterwards, there will be 2h preparation for guides carnival.

If you have any more red packets / green packets, please donate it to us as we need about 500 for the carnival.

Dear guides,

This monday (15/o6) is the FIRST NDP training.
Please fall in outside guides room before 8am in your boots and half-guides uniform.
It will end AROUND 1pm-2pm.

Please bring your Mc/letter if you have yet to give us.
Please also bing your new but unwanted items for guides carnival.

Take note that from week 3 onwards, NDP trainings will be every monday, wednesday and friday.
But for week 4, its only on monday and wednesday.
When school reopens till the end of NDP, BE PREPARED (guides motto (: ) for NDP trainings at least thrice a week.

Details of NDP parade (the ACTUAL THING!) :
Date: 2 August 2009
Time: 1600 (Parade starts at 4pm but we have to assemble WAY earlier to BE PREPARED)
On the parade itself, PM Lee will be coming so there will be security checks.
More details will be given to you at a later time...

So...please enjoy your holidays as much as you can as when school reopens, you will not be SO free already.

Hey guides,

Please bring your new but unwanted items as soon as you can so that we can do stock taking to prepare for the guides carnival.
You can bring it tmr, but if you are not able to, you can bring it on the next training or i will inform you of the dates that you can bring it and we will keep it in guides room.
Before you bring it, please ensure that it is still in workable condition and that it is not spoilt/torn/not functioning. Most importantly, if you are going to take it from your house, please seek permission from your parents/siblings/relative/maid first.

We will gladly appreciate it if you are able to bring as many items as you can =D
All these items will be used for the lucky dip at our guides carnival booth.

Tomorrow will be the farewell party for sec4s.
Please report at the time that i told you all today.
DO NOT BE LATE !
Reporting attire: dark tshirt with school shorts (4finger socks)
Please bring along your light blue polo tshirt that you bought at guides house.
Remember to bring the things that you are supposed to bring for the various teams.

You will be dismissed at about 1730.

After the farewell party tmr, there will not be any trainings from week 2 to week 3.
At week four, there will be trainings to prepare for the guides carnival which falls on 27june.
